At CAPELIN CREW, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is free of wear or sweat marks.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
